Poetry is about much more than just coming up with rhymes at a moment’s notice: poetry is a study of the craft of language. The Grammar of Poetry course (developed by Matt Whitling at Logos School over a number of years, with great success) covers the grammar — the fundamentals — of poetry, and its goal is to teach students to capably interact not just with poems, but with language in any situation.
