Discovering Earth’s Landforms and Surface Features
by Dinah Zike and Susan Simpson
Earth’s magnificent landforms, such as mountain ranges, caves, and volcanoes, all begin in the lithosphere, the uppermost mantle and crust of Earth. Students will create a unique 21 Tab Graphic Organizer to record information about the landforms and surface features studied in this book. A Desk Top Project is used throughout the program for students to label record-breaking features. Labs and other activities show students how the forces and power of Earth form these features.
